"This is only something that can be done by individual with considerable method and financial resources. And who owned all this during the attacks (on Nord Stream)? Only Russia," said Zelenski's advisor in a comment for Reuter's agency. "Ukraine has nothing to do with these explosions," he stressed and added that Ukraine did not gain any strategical or tactical benefit from the attacks on the Russian gas pipeline.
