Sławomir Mentzen:
– We are after a gathering with president Andrzej Duda. We talked about the situation both home and foreign. We have declared in line with our earlier announcements: we will not support either the Government of the Civic Platform or the Government of the Law and Justice Party. Our business is to implement our program. We will so support all the laws that we believe are right. To argue all laws we consider harmful. Regardless of who will be proposing these laws.
– We besides exchanged observations on Polish security. They're broad-minded. Both energy security, food security, military security, Polish relations with the European Union. This was a very interesting, fruitful and, I hope, constructive meeting.
Krzysztof Bosak:
– During the meeting, we raised a number of topics with Mr president to answer the President's questions regarding the formation of the coalition. Various options were analysed in detail. Both with another political forces and with us. In addition, we besides asked the President:
– his assessment of the situation of the Polish State;
– the condition of Polish defence, the state of arms, the transfer of Polish arms to Ukraine;
– relations with the Ukrainian state, including president Zelenski;
– the attitude of the Polish State and its highest authorities, including the President, to the mediate East conflict;
– condemn war crimes – no substance who does them;
– securing and guaranteeing property or human life in the Polish country;
– Polish sovereignty, a question related to the possible amendment of EU treaties.
So that a very wide scope of topics that are crucial to both us and, above all, to the voters of the Confederation.
