MON plans: "drone" satellite, transformation command

The creation of a transformation command coordinating the introduction of fresh equipment with training of soldiers, the increased usage of drones, the improvement of satellite capabilities was announced by the Deputy Prime Minister, the head of MON Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, presenting plans for the coming year.
