PKW has classified the results of I circular of elections in 2 military bases abroad. Why?

We know how Polish soldiers voted in Kosovo, we do not know how in Iraq and confederate Lebanon. The State Election Commission insists not to be interested. The results of these votes are classified not only in the current elections, but besides in the erstwhile few.
