In a time of global change, the painful collapse of the full global model to date, we collide with phenomena that many average citizens do not understand.
It is hard to see a direct connection between the oppressive and suffocating costly and political events somewhere on the another side of the world. Meanwhile, autumn 2022 is simply a period of electoral processes, the results of which may find what our regular life will look like in the coming years. And individual can even say: whether we will live here in the next fewer years and whether we will live at all. The 20th Chinese Communist organization legislature was held in distant China. And during it, choices that can find the future of all of us. And it is about problems far more existential than the anticipation of buying Chinese appliances or smartphones at an affordable price. At stake is the method, the velocity of redesigning the present world.
Since the founding of the PRC, a narrow organization has been a body of actual power in the mediate State. The Standing Committee of the Central Committee's Political Office has only 7 members. It is headed by the president of the organization and the state. At the 20th organization reunion, a key decision was sealed. The model of the two-year word of office of the Chinese authorities was yet abandoned and elected for a 3rd word Xi Jinpinga (photo). It wasn't entirely certain. There are no direct central government elections in China. However, there is an interior conflict of many factions within the organization itself, intraparty campaigns and fierce disputes. For 10 years, the main axis of the conflict has been between the camp of alleged Komsomolcs (former organization youth leaders) and a group of statemen associated with the force block. It was surrounded by smaller and larger regional factions, headed by a erstwhile powerful Shanghai group. In the largest possible simplification: Komsomols were oriented towards working with the United States as part of the alleged Chinameric concept, while stateists wanted to accelerate the formation of a multipolar planet in which Beijing would play 1 of the key roles. The erstwhile were reserving towards Russia, the second – on the contrary; they always considered Moscow as a strategical partner.
The erstwhile composition of the highest Chinese authorities was the consequence of a hard compromise. They included representatives of both feudal factions and representatives of smaller groups. The 20th reunion brought an evident breakthrough. Six members of the Standing Committee, or a collegiate decision-making body led by Xi, are representatives of his group, loyal to the current organization president. Among them are future Prime Minister Li Qiang and future president of Parliament Zhao Leji. Both will take their positions, according to the Chinese political calendar, in March 2023.
He besides entered the strict leadership of the organization Wang Huning. He is simply a man with no experience in administration, but a prof. and scholar, recognized by many as the constructor of the ideological foundations of Xi's rule. Wang traveled around the United States in the early 1990s. Its effect was the striking evidence of popularity of the book "America Against America", in which this Chinese political scientist pointed to the advantages and weaknesses of American civilization. It is worth reaching for to realize the course of the following years. The political scientist at Fudan University clearly states that the key to breaking hegemony is defeating Americans on the ground of discipline and technology. Further reports from the PRC show that Beijing is increasingly approaching this goal.
What does that mean for us?
Economically, of course, Warsaw should interact with Beijing and it is simply a pleasance that the president Andrzej Duda tries to keep relations with the Chinese rather regularly. And in the field of security, the 20th KPCh convention is nothing more than a signal that we should start preparing for a planet that will come after Pax American's fall. Events will velocity up. Taiwan will return to China, though most likely due to any conflict. Washington will most likely throw all his forces and resources at the Pacific. It will slow retreat from Europe. Significantly, in the last American war strategy, Poland is not mentioned once, and Central Europe is mentioned only occasionally. We request to realize that. not only to bet on the incorrect horse, which we've already done. Also, to know that as shortly as possible we request to escape from the geopolitical region of the crumple we found ourselves in at our own request. Watching Titans clash is only safe from afar.
