Piotr Szymaniak: Presidential veto will only perpetuate pathologies of criminal procedure

Out of concern for "the safety of citizens and the effectiveness of the state in the fight against the most dangerous crime," the president has enthroned us with the perpetuation of pathologies in the form of the abuse of pretrial detention, more wrongful convictions and punishment from the CJEU.
