Undressed logistical needs of the Armed Forces of Poland and the ageing park of military trucks force on Jelcz [multiple acceleration of production](https://defence24.pl/industrial/production-jeel-speed-strong-support-for-artillery). According to the current plans, next year the company intends to build 700 vehicles, while in 2028 the gates of the plant in Jelcz-Laskowice are expected to leave 1000 cars each year. However, this does not exhaust the needs of the army, which must replace respective 1000 Stares 266 and make a reserve of equipment for the "W".
