Since the start of Russian aggression against Ukraine, foundations related to the erstwhile Russian president, Dmitri Medvedev, were to rise nearly $850 million. According to Radio Free Europe, this money went not only to support the alleged "special military operation", but besides to improvement investments linked to Medvedev.
