Hell's frozen. The Kremlin "totally agrees" with the U.S. position of Ukraine

Kremlin spokesperson Dmitri Pieskov announced on Thursday that Russia "completely agrees" with the U.S. position towards Ukraine. He besides reiterated that he would not accept the deployment of European troops in Ukraine as part of the peace agreement.
