"According to Mr Maximilian Dury, Russia has not achieved crucial successes on the Ukrainian front and is strategically exhausted. He needs a truce to rebuild – hence attempts to force him. Ukraine has problems with mobilization, but thanks to the support of the West it effectively defends itself. A truce would be bad for her. Europe and the US should keep pressure, support Ukraine and avoid a "fiction peace" that would give Russia time for a fresh offensive."
