Today is the last working day before 1 VI until which date purchases must be approved within 3% SAFE.

All purchases from 1 VI will be de facto subject to the decision of Brussels - in peculiar we will not be able to buy anything ourselves in Polish companies.

What was bought today? It is not known whether something was bought, anything, fresh or just signed annexes to old contracts (some from 2023, any of the acquisition plans from almost 10 years ago - although undoubtedly needed). It is besides said that the first tranche of the tys - girded debt was paid. I do not know how this will increase the defence of Poland - although it may origin the deficit level to fall below the constitutional limit. Is there anything else we can save? I don't know.

What's next? The 3%SAFE train has started and is - it would seem - unstoppable. buying Brussels / Berlin / Paris will be carried out as planned.

Of course, all purchases will be from the credit that Poland is operating. You don't know precisely what his interest rate is. And of course, the money from Brussels is burdened with a conditionality mechanism...

What is the level of threat? Bad. Russia and Germany are 2 constant threat vectors. But alternatively Russia will usage 'green people' - arsonists and migrants than open aggression - at least in the plan of a fewer months - so it'll be like today. They can send any drones, they can attack Poles in Russia. Germany is simply a political and not military threat, although a very serious threat. present came another opponent - Ukraine - who can search an effort to 'play back' on any weaker opponent - and let's say openly - we are rather militaryly weak present - regardless of authoritative figures. Will they decide to do more than provoke UPA/exhumations? I don't think if they don't want to hurt themselves... But their behaviour depends on interior politics and this 1 is starting to look bad for the current rulers... However, without reversing the alliances, I think that we will not be straight and openly attacked due to the fact that the cost would be besides much - and I think Germany is not ready for that yet.

However, present passes rapidly and it is time to prepare for tomorrow... What do we request first? Everything. possibly we don't request any more Cartograph ships or submarines, but the list of needs is long.

  • medical evacuation drones and supplies (the same model - Russians shoot the red cross so without additional markings for the time of implementation of med-evac), Autonomic surgery. In fact, I've seen a fewer mock-up solutions of this type, but this should be turned into a production solution.
  • Drones carrying means of reconnaissance or attack.
  • self-propelled mines
• Marine drones - reconnaissance (NSM radars are well visible targets) but besides ship and infrastructure destroyers.
• anti-aircraft agents
  • identification of attack, mark tracking,
  • new generations - cheaper - p-lot and p-dron rockets
  • Works and p-lot rifles but prepared for much faster drones - having up to 800-900 km at tiny heights and advanced maneuverability
• Mines of any kind - the cheapest retardant - and means of automatic distant mining (not only specified as Baobab).
• Means of electronic combat.
