PETICIA

Acting in the public interest, including the interests of parents of school-aged children, in a relationship
with the announcement on 12 April 2024 at a joint press conference of education and wellness ministers
and sports and tourism inauguration of work on a fresh school subject called ‘health education’,
of which sexual education is to be an essential element, pursuant to Articles 2(1) and 2(2)(1)
We ask for:

1) leaving education in general education to life as a basis
in a household where sexual education is embedded in the context of matrimony and family;
2) not introducing a fresh subject of "health education" covering education into schools
sexual incarcerated in the context of health;
3. respect for the constitutional rule of parenting priority, through
leaving these voluntary classes in schools, which include the subject of education
in the field of sexual life (sexual education).

Reasons
Ad. 1.
The Social Opinion investigation Centre has been publishing reports on Polish youth for many years, which
love, household and children constantly puts at the top of the preferred values. Education
to live in a household (HEAD) meet these needs and expectations. The intent of the EGM is to
shaping pro-family, pro-health and pro-social attitudes and guiding children and young people
towards psychosexual integration and self-acceptance, which guarantee harmonious development
students.
The WEDZ programme is besides of a preventive nature that stimulates pupils to self-serve and
strengthening factors to defend against risky behaviour. It besides contributes to
reduced scale of negative social phenomena (including little pregnancy in teenagers in Poland, later

gender), especially compared to countries where the alleged comprehensive education model applies
sexual, permissive and weakening youth’s ability to establish and build

Ad. 2.
Sexual education located only in the context of wellness is anti-family, because
love, marriage, and household do not have this kind of education of essential value.
