Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said on Thursday that if the United States provides Ukraine with Tomahawk missiles for attacks deep into Russia, then there will be a fresh serious circular of tensions between Russia and the West. At the same time, Peskov stated that there is no "magical" weapon that could change the course of the war for Ukrainians.
