The Pentagon is holding up Osprey's flights. Not the first time

The U.S. multi-tasking short takeoff and landing control V-22 Osprey will not be utilized by US armed forces anytime soon. This decision was made by Vice Admiral Carl Chebi, Chief of Naval Air Systems Command, who, in accordance with the Naval Air Systems Command, suspended all training flights on Osprey machines.
