Pełczyńska-Nałęcz: even the electorate of the PiS is in favour and not against windmills

Even the electorate of Law and Justice is more in favour than against. This is in general against people's anticipation and against Poland's developmental request - said Minister Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz in "Facts after Facts" referring to the President's veto on the Windmill Act.
