The head of the Russian abroad Intelligence Service Sergei Naryszkin presented the terms of the peace agreement between Ukraine and the illegal and brutal attack on Russia. This is simply a waiver by the Kievs of 4 occupied by the circuit aggressor and the annexed Crimea.
