Russia indicated the conditions for a possible peace agreement with Ukraine. Moscow wants Kiev to renounce 4 occupied Ukrainian circuits and annexed Crimea - according to the words of the Russian abroad Intelligence Service chief, Sergei Narishkin. For Ukraine, however, the resignation of the territories occupied by Russia is simply a "red line".
