Kaminski Mandate

At the beginning of the session of the Sejm, Monika Pawłowski took a vow, covering the mandate of Mariusz Kamiński of the Law and Justice, who was convicted by the court and later pardoned by the President. The PiS benches were empty, but any time later, MPs of this group entered the hall.

In the parliamentary elections, Monika Pawłowska ran from the list of the United Right, but failed to win re-election. Nevertheless, she rapidly returned to parliament, covering the seat of Mariusz Kamiński, who was sentenced to imprisonment in connection with the land scandal. This has sparked a heated political dispute which has not yet been completed, as the ruling coalition politicians claim that the PiS politicians' mandates have expired due to their conviction.

So MPs and MPs from PiSu 👇 treated their already erstwhile partymate during her vows. Mrs. Pawłowska is 100% not my fairy tale, but this situation clearly shows how the PiS treats people with objectivity. pic.twitter.com/ONXWhtoXS

Pavłowska ran in the same elections as Kamiński and won the most votes from all candidates who did not get to the Sejm. As a result, erstwhile Marshal Holovnia received a list of people who could replace Kamiński in the chamber, Pawłowska was at the top of this list. After receiving a letter from the leader of Poland 2050 on this issue, she decided to accept the mandate.

I don't want it.

On February 20, during her interview with journalists in the Sejm, Monika Pawłowska announced that she had chosen to take the parliamentary mandate after Mariusz Kamiński of her own accord. She besides expressed a willingness to join the PiS club. However, her decision met controversy, especially among the members of this party.

According to the communicative of Mariusz Kamiński, he is inactive an MP, so no another politician can take his mandate. Pavłowska, acting differently, opposed the will of president Jarosław Kaczyński, and according to any politicians of the Law and Justice Office, showed deficiency of loyalty.

📍- Mrs.Pavłowska's mandate is illegal – says Przemysław Czarnek.

The head of the Lublin PiS structures protests against the appointment of the MP by Monika Pavłowski (behind Mariusz Kamiński). “This is ridiculous,” commented the erstwhile Minister of Education.

Party spokesperson Rafal Bochenek confirmed that Pawłowska would not be admitted to the PiS club, and unofficially it was said that she could be completely excluded from it. Anita Czerwińska even said straight that:

The parliament has 460 MPs and no vacancy. Accepting the marshal's proposal is accepting an invitation to unlawful action. This is not explained by the large desire to be a associate who besides had her retreat from earlier declarations and statements made by her. We'll most likely find out shortly enough.

Many netizens laughter at the case of a fresh MP. The jokes mainly concern how many different world-view parties she was a associate of. SLD, Spring, and now PiS – commentators believe that PO and Confederacy would be the best options for policymakers in future elections.

Monika Pawłowska returns to the Sejm holding the mandate of Mariusz Kamiński ❗️

It is not yet known which Members' club they have joined, but we know that it does not substance much to her.
