Pavel: Russia does not want compromise, only triumph in the war on Ukraine

"It is clear that if Russia sees at least any progress, at least any success on the battlefield, it will not feel compelled to negotiate. They (Russians) believe that they can accomplish much more by fighting than by negotiating" - said Pavel.
