The erstwhile Secretary of the safety Council of the Russian Federation accused the Kiev authorities of ‘forced imposition of neo-Nazi ideology and utmost rusophobia’, which, in his opinion, lead to the demolition of the erstwhile prosperous cities of Ukraine specified as Kharkiv, Odessa, Nicholas and Dniepr. He besides stressed that the Ukrainian nation remains for Russia "a close, fraternal nation, linked to it with centuries-old ties".
