The Polish Left Movement Convention was held in Warsaw. It is an crucial and interesting event on the Polish political stage, due to the fact that this formation, unlike the left-liberal parties promoted in the media, is faithful to the thought of Work-Peace-Patriotism. The Convention was attended by delegates from Warsaw, Radom, Katowice, Gliwice, Będzin, Sosnowiec, Poznań, Olsztyn, Głogów and Radom. Guests were invited from the Association of Inheritors of Polish Kombatants of planet War II, Polish-Belarusian relationship Society and Polish thought Clubs.
The gathering was greeted by Zbigniew Kaźmierczak, known for his many actions for peace, while the gathering was hosted by 1 of the initiators of the creation of the Polish People's Republic Zbigniew Sowa. A minute of silence celebrated the dead activists of the Polish Left Movement, victims of a bloody terrorist attack in Moscow and murdered civilians in Palestine.
Zbigniew Sowa in an excellent, although extended speech emphasized what the Polish Left Movement differs from cosmopolitan, pro-war and non-ideical formations miscalled leftist. He announced actions for workers (employees, farmers but besides tiny entrepreneurs), defence of the achievements of the People's Poland (referring, among others, to Władysław Gomulka) and actions for peace. Vladimir Gorki recalled that PRL activists and sympathizers had already participated in many demonstrations and peace pickets. He besides mentioned cooperation with all pro-peace centers, including the Polish thought Clubs.
The gathering selected the president of the Polish Left Movement and the Secretary-General of the Polish People's Republic. The first was Zbigniew Kazmierczyk, the second Włodzimierz Gorki. The Honorary president of the Polish People's Republic was widely respected economist Zbigniew Sowa. All election papers have been sent to court. The Convention besides adopted a paper called the "Declaration of Ethical Principles of the Polish People's Republic", which is to be a decalogue of activists of the Polish left. A resolution was besides adopted calling for the Marshal of the Sejm to appoint an Extraordinary Commission to analyse the unexplained deaths of Prime Minister Piotr Jaroszewicz, Deputy Prime Minister Andrzej Lepper, Chief of Police of Mark Papala and Head of NIK Walerian Pańka. Congratulations were given to the Russian Federation ambassador for the election of Vladimir Putin for another presidential word and condolences to the Russian people for the tragedy that took place in Krasnogorsk close Moscow. A resolution of the Polish People's Republic was sent to the Palestinian Embassy condemning Israel's policy towards the Palestinian people.
There are besides 2 another papers which are positions in the most crucial opinion of the Polish People's Republic of Poland, namely the war in Ukraine and the situation in Polish agriculture. The position of the Polish People's Republic in relation to the war in Ukraine is unique on the left, so let me quote extended fragments of it:
“The stormy events of fresh years are not the consequence of someone’s ignorance, of someone’s will for evil...the events are a manifestation of a general crisis of capitalism, and this is the message that leaders in many paradises refuse to acknowledge. planet production has been dominated by a tiny number of investment funds and corporations, mainly American and Western European. It is the interests of the world's financial oligarchy, and organisations specified as inclusive capitalism, that specify the political objectives of a large number of states, and the NATO Pact has been extending its influence beyond the area set out in its statutes for decades. The financial oligarchy has the support of the local Compradorian elites, which carry out policies hostile to their own peoples, economically harmful, bringing cultural divisions in the bosom of people working around the world...
The reasons for the outbreak of war in Ukraine are 1 problem, but the reasons for its continuation are a completely separate problem. It is not actual that most countries are against Russia in the War in Ukraine. Today, Russia and the countries supporting it are at war for the overthrow of the monocentric planet with the hegemonic function of the United States and the Western countries supporting it, for the abolition of neocolonialism, for the closure of a financial strategy based on the dominance of the dollar, for the designation of the right of nations to choose their own direction and pace of development, for not imposing the various social manipulations of ruling elites for tiny and mediocre nations, for redirecting arms resources to solve problems facing all mankind...
The pro-war and militaristic statements of Polish leaders, leaders of France or Germany are, ironically, the consequence of problems created by the imperialist and rusophobic politics of the West. It is known that Poland does not lead a sovereign policy towards this war, that it was forced to defuse and hand over most dense and offensive weapons to the needs of troops in Ukraine, and was subsequently sedated to record-breaking arms purchases mainly in the US and North Korea. The latest statements by Polish (and not only Polish) politicians are made on the clear request of the military-industrial complex, which is widely known to corrupt politicians in many countries, afraid about the impending defeat of Ukraine and the anti-advertisement of their weapons and the failure of arms contracts (...)
1. We request that Russian-phobic propaganda be discontinued in the mass media.
2. We request that public mass media be allowed to debate publically against the imperial policies of the US, NATO and the European Union.
3. We request that relations be de-escalated and a public debate on the improvement of economical and cultural cooperation with Russia and Belarus.
4. We request the closure of diversion centres operating in Poland against Russia and Belarus.
5, We request to uncover on what rule and legal basis arms were transferred to Ukraine, leading to the demilitarisation of the Polish army.
6. We request that arms spending be reduced and funds transferred to health, discipline and education, social needs.
7. We request to hold the Polish politicians guilty of crimes against the peace accountable.
I hope that the PRL will make and become an crucial part of the political scene. In the future specified a left – which is not ashamed of patriotism and attachment to Polish traditions – should replace abroad political Eraces on the left.
