"Priority partners". Trump will accelerate arms exports

The [Regulation, dated 9 April](https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/2025/04/reducing-competitive-regulatory-barriers/) aims to have a "fast and transparent" and an effective export strategy for the countries with which the United States wants to cooperate. This will, on the 1 hand, keep the US's industrial base on which the most technologically advanced army is based, and on the another hand, supply the desired capabilities for US allies and partners.
