Panic in the Black Sea. The Russians are mobilising dolphins

Russia has decided to double the number of "military" dolphins utilized to patrol a naval base in Sevastopol. So far it's been done most likely by stealing mammals from the Crimean dolphinarium. But soon, the Russian Navy can launch a mobilizing dolphin hunt in the Black Sea.
