According to court records, on September 4, 2024 at the airport in Nowoczerkask, an officer of the Russian National defender (685th mixed peculiar aviation regiment of Rosguardia) Nikolai Novosylov ordered the subordinate soldier to burn the garbage that was prepared to be disposed of in the previously dug pit.
