Faced with dynamic reshuffles in the global arena, Pakistan is presently experiencing 1 of the best periods in its past in terms of building a diplomatic position. But why is it fresh Delhi that inactive defines Islamabad's politics? This was discussed by Dr. Patryk Kugiel from PISM in the program "Rzecz o geopolityce".
