Deputy Ombudsman Stanislaw Trociuk calls on infrastructure minister Dariusz Klimczak to urgently amend the rules on paid parking zones and downtown paid parking zones. The RPO argues that the current rules are disproportionate, violate the Constitution and harm citizens.
