The trial concerning the possible transfer of erstwhile Polish Deputy Minister Marcin Romanowski to Poland will not decision until the Hungarian Minister of Justice has given the police an appropriate request to detain him. Hungarian lawyer Tamas Lattmann emphasizes that without this decision the procedure may never be launched.
