Friday is the last day of the run before the second circular of the presidential election – election silence will begin from the north. Rafał Trzaskowski and Karol Nawrocki to the last moments of the run will search voters' votes, traveling intensively across the country.
Karol Nawrocki will start his day early in the morning in Gorlicie (Małopolskie province), then visit Jarocina region in Podkarpacie, where he will pay tribute to the victims of the Volynska Rzezi. Later, he will meet the inhabitants of Biała Podlaska in the Lublin province, and in the evening he will decision to Podlasie, where he will end his run in advanced Mazowiecki.
Rafał Trzaskowski will besides be on his way present – he will start in Włocławek (Kujawsko-pomorskie province), then he will go to Chojnica in the Pomeranian province, and in the afternoon he will attend a rally in Gdańsk. He will later visit Elbląg and Ostróda in the Warmia-Masurian province. The last point on his way is simply a gathering with Ciechenov residents in Mazowsz.
Nawrocks in the lead?
Although erstwhile polls pointed to the advantage of Rafał Trzaskowski, the latest survey of the National investigation Group for Virtual Poland shows that Karol Nawrocki is the 1 who is minimally ahead of the rival in the 2nd circular of the presidential election. The difference between candidates is only 1.26 percent points, which means a very even match. With a turnout akin to that of 2020, erstwhile 20.6 million citizens went to the polls, Nawrocki's lead would mean about 260 000 votes.
According to a survey by the National investigation Group for Virtual Poland, voters' preferences vary importantly depending on sex and age. Rafał Trzaskowski has an advantage among women, gaining 55.01 percent of support, while Karol Nawrocki enjoys greater designation among men – 54.56 percent. By age group Nawrocki clearly leads among the youngest (18–39), where 58.58 percent of respondents support him. Trzaskowski wins in older groups: 52.32% among people aged 40–59 and 55.73 percent among seniors over 60.
Results and exit poll
The fight for the President's office is going to be highly equal, and each vote will be on the weight of gold. Although there is no exact time to announce the results, usually election results appear within a twelve hours of closing the polling premises, no later than 24 hours.
Exit poll results – i.e. a poll conducted among people leaving polling venues – are announced just after the vote is finished, i.e. at 21:00 on election day.
