Last briefing of commanders at the Polish-Irish base

As reported by the Operations Command of Types of Armed Forces on platform X, at the base where PKW UNIFIL (Lebanon) soldiers are stationed, the Transfer of Authority (ToA) ceremony was held, during which Brig. Gen. Stefano Messina officially transferred the duties of Commander Sector West to Brig. Gen. Nicola Mandolesi.
