Orlen and Synthos concluded negotiations on the operation of Orlen Synthos Green Energy (OSGE) and concluded an agreement that opens the way for real activities, resulting in the construction of the first Polish atomic power plant SMR in Włocławek, a location designated by Orlen, the company stated.
