Orca's choice. Military or political decision? [ OPINION]

Negotiations are now to be conducted and 3 submarines are to be signed in the first half of 2026. The first of them is to go to the Polish Navy as early as 2030. Earlier in 2027 we are to take possession of an old Swedish submarine, which will be a bridge solution (gap-filler), until we take over fresh units.
