Orange Flex, known for its flexibility and modern approach to telecommunications services, announced crucial changes in its offer that will enter into force April 24, 2025. These changes concern first and foremost roaming services, international connections and "UnlMTD promotion – unlimited Internet". These decisions are the consequence of both updating EU rules and the desire to adapt the offer to the changing needs of users.

Key changes in roaming and global connections

One of the most noticeable changes is transfer of Guadeloupe from the Standard region to the EU Zone in the context of global connections. This means more favourable conditions for customers erstwhile calling and utilizing the net in this region.

New data roaming limits in the EU region under Orange Flex plans:

  • Plan 35 PLN10,18 GB (previously 9,87 GB)
  • Plan 50 PLN14.54 GB (previously 14.10 GB)
  • Plan 80 PLN23.26 GB (previously 22.56 GB)

These changes aim to make the offer more attractive for people travelling across the European Union.

New additional packages for EU roaming:

  • 1 GB6 zł (validation: 15 days)
  • 3 GB16 zł (validation: 15 days)
  • 5 GBPLN 26 (validation: 15 days)
  • 10 GBPLN 50 (validation: 30 days)

In addition, fresh roaming surcharges have been introduced in the EU zone:

  • Output connection0,10 PLN/min
  • Incoming call0,01 PLN/min
  • SMS0,01 zł
  • MMSPLN 0,00672
  • Data transmissionPLN 0,00672 for 1 MB (equivalent to PLN 6.88/GB)

Changes in the "UnlMTD – unlimited Internet" promotion

The UNLMMD service has increased GB limits available for EU roaming:

  • Plan 35 PLN (75 GB)additional 4.37 GB (7 or 30 days)
  • Plan 50 PLN (150 GB)additional 13,09 GB (30 days)

These changes aim to supply users with greater freedom and comfort erstwhile utilizing the net in European Union countries.

New EU region Plus classification

Introduction EU plus zones It's another major change. In addition to countries specified as France, Germany, Spain and Italy, this region has besides been joined by Guadeloupe. This means more attractive rates and conditions for customers in these countries.
