Opinion of the European Court of Justice: the national court is obliged to disregard the judgement of the unrecognised Chamber in the ultimate Court

The national court is obliged to disregard the decision of the Chamber of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs of the ultimate Court due to the fact that it does not meet the requirements of the court - stated Advocate General of the Court of Justice of the European Union (TEU) Dean Spielmann on Thursday. The case concerns the repeal of the judgement in the case of unfair competition on the marketplace of crossword magazines.
