The Ukrainian incidental consequence squad [CERT-UA](https://cert.gov.ua/) has been monitoring **[hostile activity](https://cert.gov.ua/article/6282946) targeting local military innovation centers, armed forces units, law enforcement agencies, and local governments** since early February. As experts [indicate](https://cip.gov.ua/en/news/zlovmisniki-atakuyut-oseredki-rozvitku-innovacii-u-viiskovii-sferi-za-dopomogoyu-program-vikradachiv), the operation is being conducted with **[espionage](https://cyberdefence24.pl/cyberbezpieczenstwo/zhakowano-ukrainskie-komputery-celem-dostep-do-panstwowych-rejestrow)** in mind.
