On the Day of Constitution 3 May there were political disputes. The storm broke out between politicians of the Civic Coalition and the Law and Justice, who began to argue about breaking the current Polish Constitution. The first spark was drawn by the Prime Minister, who commented on president Andrzej Duda's 10th speech. “It was Mr president who could celebrate the Constitution. And even better the constitution itself," wrote Donald Tusk.

On Saturday, May 3, in the Castle Square in Warsaw there were celebrations for the 3rd May Constitution with the participation of president Andrzej Duda. During his speech, the president referred to the upcoming presidential election.

"We will shortly elect the head of the Polish state. It'll be right, virtually in a minute. The campaign, political debate, candidates present themselves, their view of Poland, their vision. We will choose, and so will I, like any citizen. Just like everyone else who sits around me," said Andrzej Duda at the Castle Square in Warsaw.

"But I want to emphasise 1 thing, the most crucial thing is that we can choose honestly. To make these elections run fairly, to make their result nonsubjective and true, to be well and honestly conducted. And so that they could be easy recognised," the president stressed.

Prime Minister Donald Tusk seemingly watched Duda's speech, due to the fact that just after him on his X profile, a brief entry appeared in which the head of government criticized the president, accusing him of being hypocritical.

“It was Mr president who could celebrate the Constitution. And even better, the constitution itself," said Tusk briefly.

To celebrate the Constitution, Mr. president could do as well as anyone. Better yet, the constitution itself.

It was the first pebble to decision the full avalanche. Under Tusk's entry, he was swarming with PiS politicians who began to point out to him that "even a national holiday" was an excuse for him to strike the Law and Justice.

"This as always – a national vacation for him is just an excuse to hit the president and the Law and Justice. If it does not strike, the day is lost" - wrote the Prime Minister Arkadiusz Mularczyk.

The entry was besides commented by Konrad Berkowicz of the Confederation. “Who says it? individual who tells his gorillas to raid political opponents, individual who doesn't pay the judges' wages. And finally, individual who countersigns a paper and then in front of Poland withdrawing this decision. You have no shame," said the Confederate Member.

The premiere was praised by his partymate Sławomir Nitras. “In the point. Speech from the organization Convention of Kaczyński to give at the 3May celebrations. This is cynicism and bastardity," wrote MP KO.
