16 August 1944 Tadeusz Gajcy ps. Karol Topornicki and Zdzisław Stroński ps. Marek Cloud They died in a tenement home located at 1/3 Passage Street (today - anders.gen. Street), blown up by German soldiers. Both were soldiers of the Home Army and participants of the Warsaw Uprising.
"The Year of the Death of Friends, Tadeusz Gajcy and Zdzisław Stroiński (Church), prompted me to answer their questions. I thought it was worth it, while the Rising is inactive going on - so I send with cordial greetings".
