Omnibus Directive. How do fresh rules for publishing opinions affect online business?

Have you heard of the Omnibus directive? most likely yes – EU regulation has already been adopted on 7 January 2020 and should be implemented by 28 May 2022. Many of its provisions have a crucial impact on the business of offering products or services to consumers. No wonder, then, that the directive has been referred to a lot and a long time ago. Finally, however, the bill introducing the provisions of the directive into the Polish legal order was in the Sejm and there is simply a chance that fresh provisions will be passed by the end of the year. The changes it introduces pose considerable challenges for entrepreneurs. How can we meet them?
