Under the motto: “To Mary the first teacher” present on Jasna Góra the National Thanksgiving for Plony began.
The Farmers' Pilgrimage inaugurated the evening Mass at 7:00 in Basilica. The Eucharist was chaired by the delegate of the Polish Episcopal Conference on the Ministry of Farmers and Beekeepers Bishop Leszek Leszkiewicz. The bishop emphasized that this yearly gathering is an crucial event expressing his gratitude to God for the harvest.
