From the Aviation Valley to the Drone Valley. Poland wants to build an autonomous technology industry

Poland has the possible to become 1 of the crucial European centres for developing unmanned and autonomous technologies. It has companies, engineering competence and R & D facilities. Today, the key challenge is to translate these resources into industrial production, scale innovation and global competitiveness. How do we shorten the way from prototype to serial production? How to build supply chains and effectively commercialise dual-use technologies? Among these questions, the participants of the first edition of the Carpathian Drone Summit, held on 29-30 September 2026 in Podkarpacie, sought answers.
