From dialog to confrontation - the evolution of Emmanuel Macron's policy towards the Russian Federation

The beginning of negotiating paths between parties active in the Russian-Ukrainian war brings back the beginnings of Moscow's conflict and actions towards Kiev, dated in 2014. After more than 10 years, there are changes in the actions of European and American decision-makers.
