Civil protection will come out of the shadows. Kierwiński: in March we will present advanced assumptions or legislation

There are many indications that the Ministry of abroad Affairs will shortly share with the public the effect of the work on the bill on civilian protection. As announced by the head of the department Marcin Kierwiński, in March the “advanced assumptions for the bill or bill” will be presented. Is this the beginning of the end of the problems with building a strategy which present – de facto – does not exist?
