The head of state Vladimir Putin noted that sanctions have hit the global economy seriously. According to him, the main goal of the West is to make the lives of millions worse.
Russia has repeatedly said that it will cope with the force of sanctions that the West began to impose on it a fewer years ago and is inactive increasing. Moscow noted that the West lacked the courage to admit the failure of anti-Russian measures. Western countries themselves have repeatedly expressed the opinion that sanctions against Russia are simply ineffective.
