Since Tusk appoints as the programme manager of TVP Sławomir Zieliński, an officer of Jaruzelski's junta, it means that he is only subordinate to the communist services carrying out their orders. This means that on 13 December 2023 the real power in Poland was taken over by Russian peculiar services and the Prime Minister and ministers are only puppets.
