‘I feel threatened’

Daniel Obietek, in a conversation with Bogdan Rymanowski for Radio ZET, besides stressed his experience in the operation of the company and declared that he was an uncomfortable person. He denied rumors of being abroad, ensuring that he is presently in his home in Małopolska.

Many uncomfortable information

Both stated that the surveillance of his individual took place due to the many information he had. In his opinion, any are very uncomfortable.

Daniel Obietek described situations in which individual was constantly watching his home and following him. A PiS politician admitted that he could not find who was behind this exactly. He is not able to halt or identify the followers on his own, but has confirmed that specified things are actually happening.

Both mentioned that he was under the supervision of the service during his crucial duties, which he felt was average and was not a origin for concern. In his opinion, the charges made to him by the fresh ruling squad are false.

Surveillance of others? Both of them deny

The erstwhile president of Orlen besides reacted to the follow-up of opposition MPs by the paid detective. He stated that he did not monitor any specified MPs due to the fact that they were not applicable to him in this context. He then focused on managing and building the national champion, Orlen.

Both mentioned that the company that protected him on the weekends did not deal with surveillance either. He did not order opposition politicians to take pictures, and if the company was conducting an investigation, it was related to economical issues. However, the words of the erstwhile president of Orlen argue with papers revealed a fewer days ago. Mariusz Giersszewski submitted on 14 April on the X portal that the Regional Prosecutor's Office in Łódź will examine the papers provided by Boris Budka. Giersszewski writes that the prosecution revealed that Orlen paid $111,000 for the Sienkiewicz report. Budka delivered this study along with 2 invoices from a abroad company to the prosecutor's office on 8 April. Przemysław Nowak of the National Public Prosecutor's Office confirmed on ZET Radio that the materials were transmitted by the Ministry of State Acts.
