In the 1970s it included KWK Rokitnica and respective another fields and shafts. With the arrival of the Prime Minister of Chemistry from the method University of Silesia T.W. Buzek began to destruct coal mines in Poland and KWK Pstrowski went into liquidation.

The miners got a kick in the other part of the body, and the mine ceased to be as such. But what does that mean in reality? Someone's got it. He was a longtime manager of KWK Pstrowski, (since 1966 in the PZPR) local baron SLD present almost 80-year-old Jan Chojnacki. The most valuable deposits, shafts and all infrastructure were separated from KWK Pstrowski and privatized by its companions from the erstwhile PZPR, who became the crew of the first private coal mine in Poland. In order for this part of the mine to operate, the remaining part of KWK Pstrowski in liquidation must inactive supply it with conditions of operation, i.e. to supply drainage, to supply energy, in another words to keep the full infrastructure, without which all this deposit would have been long inaccessible. Thus, all these years (more than 25) the full society consisted of this private mine, which presently wants to take over Ukrainians to be profitable.
I would add that for me, the private finishing of mining in Poland was a crime (the hands of the erstwhile TW in the solidarity government were besides utilized by the comrades from the PZPR, at the expense of thousands of miners who landed on the pavement, and Poland had a beneficial disindustrialisation for Germany, thanks to which it became the base of inexpensive labour for the EU), while to the companions who conducted this privatisation I personally had nothing. They are privately very sympathetic and sensible people, Poles about the views with which I do not always have along the way, but I have no uncertainty that it is simply a Polish left with a reasonably healthy view of the alleged reality and people who know their job. As far as I know, there's been 1 fatal accident throughout this private mine. erstwhile there was most likely a heart attack, during which no 1 was hurt, but there was 1 fatal victim – a man liable for the alleged maintenance of the movement, a very liable professional, by the way [I knew him], had a heart attack and failed to save him.

So much for the private mine, or actually 1 shaft to which the Ukrainians are trying. I do not know what condition it is in, how much it is exploited, but whatever is there, I fishy that the talks concern how much Poles will gotta add to further operation and maintenance of the mine. due to the fact that mining itself based on existing infrastructure is simply a tiny part of all costs. KWK Pstrowski has not been there for 30 years, but in order for a private mine to be all this time, a non-existent mine (read society) had to lay considerable amounts. The difference is that then this money worked in Poland and on Poles.
And a large part of the deposits, whose operation was officially unprofitable for Poland in the 1990s, were bought from us by the Czechs, besides in my city. And Polish miners went to work in Ostrava.
