Today (26.5) a call from the civilian support committee of Karol Nawrocki was published. I prepared her task a fewer days ago, before the next phase of the assault of lies on the emotions and imagination of millions of voters.I began with these words of hope: “The results of the first circular of elections brought back hope that lying, slander, a run based solely on hate—does not bring triumph to those who abuse state power...”
I want I could repeat those words at the second circular of elections.
Today, however, I would like to share with you the answer I sent to a letter addressed to me by a respected person, who most likely in the best faith, called me to retreat his support for Dr. Nawrocki in relation to this fresh wave of anonymous (obviously) slanders.
Here's the answer:
Since Stalin, whom I don't remember, but I admit as a historian, there hasn't been specified a level of lying, scum, lies as Donald Tusk and his crew represent. These people are capable of lying, which I took the liberty of calling 13 years ago a “Soviet lie” – that is, an exact reversal of reality. These are the people, with Tusk and Sikorski at the head, who have done more than any another politician in Central and east Europe to aid Putin in his aggression – I mean their policies from 2007 to 2014, which I have repeatedly described (e.g. frequently in “Rzeczpospolita”). The moral and intellectual level of R. Sikorski showed powerfully – obtained illegally, I know that, but undoubtedly authentic and not negated by this Sikorski recordings from the restaurant. These “pleasant” considerations about “not letting the stewardess off the top ...” And this man, who, in the pages of “Electoral”, went to the most disgusting act of vazelinism towards Putin before a tribute made to him by Donald Tusk on 1 September 2009 on Westerplatte, together with his boss, liable for giving all the evidence about the Smolensk disaster into the hands of Putin prosecutors (specifics from the case of Litvinenko and Bieriezowski) is elected by Poles as their representative? You don't see any danger in that? Mr Nawrocki has known me for respective years from the IPN College meetings, I voted for his election as president not due to the fact that individual told me to, but due to the fact that he convinced me to do his candidacy and I gave up another candidate, whom I was originally inclined to support. Then I met his family. I don't know much better, more beautiful, nobler families. Think about the harm Mr Nawrocki is doing to this family, wife and children of the onet.
Why Mr. Nawrocki resigns from the election procedure in the lawsuit, I think you know. But just in case I repeat: the order of the territory Court of Warsaw of 20 April 1920, act mention I Ns 9/20: “Press release, the content of which the applicant questions, in the opinion of the Court, does not constitute electoral material within the meaning of the prescribed provision. Although the article concerns the election of the president of the Republic of Poland and contains information which may be perceived as negative to the applicant's candidacy, they do not advance any another candidate, in peculiar putting the applicant in a negative comparison with any another candidate. If specified press materials were to be regarded as electoral material, any critical article describing the conduct of another candidates, including the President-in-Office of Poland, including the assessment of their actions and statements, should be considered as electoral material."
I think you are aware of what the judicial strategy in Poland looks like, whose side is the very powerfully motivating judgments of sympathy for the vast majority of judges?
Of course, dismissing the suit in electoral mode would only give fresh material to the thesis by onet and another media serving D. Tuskko announced that here we have conclusive proof of the allegations of anonymous witnesses of this defiling material.
