The food rates for the soldiers go up. Will they destruct inflation?

The Ministry of Defence updates the value of food standards. Cash rates for soldiers in exchange for food are changed for the second time this year. We are checking to see if they increase and if it is an increase that will offset the effects of rampant inflation and expensiveness.
