NSA: Ordering beer brewing according to its own recipe will remove relief for expansion

The condition of relief for expansion is that the product be manufactured by the payer himself, not on his behalf or according to his instructions. Therefore, the company which orders beer production according to its own provision to subcontractors is not entitled to it.
