The Order of the Golden Star and the title of Hero of Ukraine was awarded 25-year-old FPV drone operator from the 47th Brigade. The award was received from the president of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenski during the Day of Defenders and Defenders of Ukraine, on 1 October. An awesome consequence even if propaganda shows what a "game changer" they became on the Ukrainian battlefield. Almost 500 victims of 1 man who didn't even get close to the line of contact. The award was announced via his social media by a British volunteer who has been fighting in Ukraine since 2022. In fact, at the end of his post he says metaphorically that we can equip or not the military with FPV drones.
