Cryptoact as an unfair practice
On Monday, a Polish PiS task was sent to the Sejm, providing for a ban on cryptoactive activities in Poland. The proposal was prepared as an amendment to the Act to counter unfair marketplace practices.
According to the findings of WP writer Michał Wróblewski, the task was to be created on the initiative of Jarosław Kaczyński and caused surprise even among any PiS politicians. It was critical of the erstwhile Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki, to whom 1 of the authors of the task Jacek Sasin reacted in social media.
The task was besides represented by Janusz Kowalski, who served as a PiS MP at the time of its submission. In late April, however, the politician resigned from the club's membership.
Spot in a mocking tone
Sławomir Mentzen, known for his affirmative approach to investing in cryptactivism, decided to mention to the actions of Jarosław Kaczyński, publishing another place generated utilizing artificial intelligence.
The video featured an ironic commentary suggesting a ban on cryptocurrency, internet, proximity payments, artificial intelligence and computers. The film's action was set up at Nowogrodzka Street, referred to in the material as "Prior Law and Justice Command". The computer-generated figure of PiS president sitting on a laptop, presented as being distrustful of fresh technologies and willing to ban them, was shown.
The following part of the generated place presents situations where the stylized character on Kaczyński tries to pay close in the store and usage self-service money, but encounters problems, which suggests the request to ban further technologies.
He was then shown on Świętokrzyska Street in Warsaw, where he does not realize the conversation in English and besides refers to the situation in a critical way towards modern solutions.
The full ends with a shot of suggestive, threatening facial expression and a communicative announcing the ban on the material itself, followed by the logo of the Confederate on the screen.
Prior Criticism of the Mozhonka
Previously, PiS's actions on cryptocurrency besides criticised Confederate policies Marcin Możdźnek, accusing the group of inconsistency in the approach to regulating the cryptocurrency market.
In his statement, he pointed out that even recently, PiS politicians have criticised government projects as being besides restrictive of the cryptocurrency market, but now they propose any of the most stringent solutions in Western countries, including the activities of the ABW and severe prison sentences for activities in this area. He assessed this as a manifestation of chaos and deficiency of coherent economical policy.
